1. The audit you buy
A Score My Business audit is a one-time digital product. When you purchase, you receive (1) a PDF report delivered by email within 24 hours, (2) the right to use the contents internally for your business, and (3) raw audit data on request. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no recurring charge.
2. Pricing and refunds
Prices: Standard $49, Detailed $99, Full Audit $249 (USD, one-time). Add-ons: extra competitor $10, extra language $15. Bundles: 5-pack Standard $189, 10-pack Standard $349.
Automatic SLA refund: if delivery exceeds 24 hours from purchase, the charge is automatically refunded. No request needed.
Quality dispute refund: within 7 days of delivery, if you believe the audit's methodology was misapplied, email support with specifics. We review within 5 business days. Approved disputes receive full refund. Rejected disputes receive a written explanation citing methodology.
No refunds for change of mind after 7 days. The audit is a measurement, not a service performance — once we've delivered the methodology faithfully, the work is complete.
3. Your rights to the report
You own the report contents. You may use it internally, share it with consultants, agencies, partners, or staff. You may quote from it in external communications, including press, with attribution to "Score My Business" as the source.
You may not republish the report verbatim as a public-facing methodology document — the methodology is ours, the data about your business is yours.
4. Your representations
By ordering, you represent that (1) you are authorized to act on behalf of the business being audited, or (2) you are auditing a business as a consumer (e.g., for academic research or competitive analysis), in which case you accept the audit is purely a measurement and conveys no claim about the business's intent or performance.
5. Limitations
The audit is a measurement of how AI assistants describe your business at a specific point in time. AI is non-deterministic. Re-running the audit on a different day will produce a different score. We mitigate via multi-run averaging; this does not eliminate variance.
Action recommendations are based on correlations across our customer base. We do not guarantee any specific score lift from any specific action. We do not guarantee booking or revenue impact.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced. Unscheduled downtime that prevents your audit's completion within the 24-hour SLA triggers automatic refund per Section 2.
7. Liability
Total liability for any claim related to a single audit is capped at the price of that audit. We disclaim consequential damages, lost-profits damages, and any damages arising from how you act (or don't act) on the audit's recommendations. The audit is information. What you do with it is your responsibility.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of WY, USA. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Wyoming. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Türkiye, you retain any consumer-rights protections under your local law that cannot be waived.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes are emailed to existing buyers. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
